Tim McCrary with his wife Josette founded Alliance Realty & Development, Inc. in 2004 and is DBA Stockdale Real Estate Group today.  As President & Broker, Tim is actively involved in the operation and oversight of all company divisions. Recognized as one of Bakersfield’s leading Resale, REO and HUD listing brokers, Tim has provided his expert counseling on thousands of homes including bank owned properties, short sales as well as resale listings.  Tim is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business with a concentration in Finance and Appraisal.   He has been married to his wife Josette for 11 years.  Tim is actively involved in the Bakersfield community and is a member of several organizations.  He is also an avid outdoors man, enjoying nature and God's country with his family.
